I am thrilled to announce yet another grand opening of our brand-new Tommy’s Express Car Wash facility in San Antonio, TX. Commencing construction in the latter half of 2023, our operators efficiently developed our St. Cloud location and swiftly brought it into operation. I believe this location will be a great addition to our growing portfolio.
If you’re in the area, I encourage you to come out and visit the site this weekend at 100 St. Cloud, San Antonio, TX 78228 to experience one of our many grand openings.
The St. Cloud opening marks our operator’s sixth operating site in the greater San Antonio area, with three more openings expected this year. As always, I encourage investors to get boots on the ground for all investments, and the San Antonio market would be a great city for a due diligence field trip. My team is happy to share the list of San Antonio locations for any investors interested in touring various operating washes and current construction sites.
Outside of our Texas locations, we’re seeing a handful of our greenfield sites having record months as customers are turning to our washes to clean the grit and grime of the winter months. Our team is excited to share the continual growth and progress of our young sites in upcoming investor quarterly reports.
I expect several more of our development sites to open in 2025, and our team will continue to update investors as each these washes become operational.
