While the multiple on the deal is undisclosed, our operations team, who have deep ties in the industry, believe it was incredibly strong, reflecting the quality and scalability of the tunnel car wash space.

It also reaffirms our confidence in our original investment thesis as we continue to execute on our strategy of developing, and operating best-in-class Tommy’s Express Car Washes across tier I markets. This new location, along with others in the pipeline, underscores our expanding presence in the rapidly growing San Antonio market. Our operations team has dedicated countless hours to ensuring yet another successful grand opening and continuing to deliver an exceptional car wash experience to our customers.
