Bookkeeper
Laura serves as Bookkeeper for The Real Asset Investor. She assists with the financial responsibilities of the company. Her background consists of 15 years of bookkeeping experience. Laura and her husband Doug have a daughter and a son. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Our Fund is acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of self storage properties across secondary and tertiary markets in the United States. The Fund will focus its investments on all types of self storage opportunities including but not limited to development deals, value-add opportunities, and stabilized properties.
We are acquiring and developing 50+ Tommy’s Express modern tunnel car washes in various high-growth markets across the United States. The Fund will seek to acquire and build on Class A locations in high growth markets such as the suburbs of Washington D.C., Baltimore, Charleston (SC), Philadelphia, San Antonio and more. These markets and locations have been chosen with strategic advice from Tommy’s leadership as areas to outperform the national average due to favorable demographics and lack of substantive competition.
Investor Support
Dylan serves as Investor Support for The Real Asset Investor. He is responsible for assisting investors throughout the onboarding process for new investments. In Dylan’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and reselling new and vintage collectibles.
Our core strategy is to participate in the mature and stable ATM space that has historically demonstrated strong operating margins. PFD VI is comprised of small-mid retail locations in large metro areas. The vast majority are small chain c-stores and retail stores, bodega and sundry shops (deli/grocery stores in tier 1 markets), travel plazas, and other high-traffic locations. The consistent monthly cash flow, strong tax benefits, and the resilience of this asset class has made it very popular with our investors.
Executive Assistant
Michelle serves as an Executive Assistant for The Real Asset Investor. She assists in providing comprehensive support to the executive team as well as managing office operations. Her background experience consists of over 18 years in finance and business operation management. Michelle and her husband Stephen have two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys running, boating, traveling and especially, spending time with family and friends.
Investor Relations Specialist
Cordell serves as an Investor Relations Specialist for The Real Asset Investor. He is responsible for facilitating the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth investment experience for both new and existing clients. Cordell was born and raised in Lancaster County, PA and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, kayaking, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
Investor Relations Manager
Sam serves as Investor Relations Manager for The Real Asset Investor. Sam has experience working in financial services and wealth management assisting in asset diversification across client portfolios and effectively managing client communication. At The Real Asset Investor, he consults both current and potential investors to help them understand the intricacies of the different investment opportunities offered by the firm.
Controller
Deb serves as Controller for The Real Asset Investor. She is responsible for the financial operations of the Company and has over 30 years of experience in financial roles with public corporations, non-profit organizations, local governments, and private small businesses. Deb and her husband Paul have two daughters. She enjoys traveling with her family, camping, and spending time at the beach.
Portfolio Manager
Brett serves as Portfolio Manager for The Real Asset Investor. He has merged his experience creating tailored solutions for clients in the marketing industry with his strong understanding of financial markets to help facilitate a seamless investing process. Brett is responsible for monitoring current investments within the portfolio and working with investors to ensure a positive investment experience.
