HOW IT STARTED
Dave Zook has been an investor and entrepreneur all of his adult life.
His investments cover a myriad of real asset holdings including real estate in several states in the US, Multi Family apartments and ATM portfolios. Additionally Dave has international real estate investment holdings in Panama, Canada and Belize.
Dave and his investors own almost 3,000 apartment units mostly in Memphis, TN and Texas in some of the hottest job markets in the country.
He is also the lead investor at Mahogany Bay Village In Ambergris Caye, the largest resort in the country of Belize, which is scheduled to open in late 2017 as a Curio Collection by Hilton. Ambergris Caye was nominated the #1 Island in the world by TripAdvisor 2 years in a row in 2013 and 2014.
Together with his business partner, Dave is a renowned and trusted professional resource in the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) investment market. They have deployed over $50 Million in investor capital and are heavily invested personally in the ATM space.
Having partnered personally with some of the most respected top-producing real estate brokers, and having built relationships with some of the best developers and management teams in the world, Dave has personally experienced massive results.
After investing with some world class teams personally, Dave decided to invite a few of his family and friends to invest alongside him.
Today he leverages his greatest asset – his teams – to help others invest successfully and create passive income for themselves and their families.
As a published author and speaker Dave has shared his knowledge and insights at the International Business Conference, The Jason Hartman Real Estate Mastermind, The Wealth Formula Podcast, The Real Estate Guys Radio Show, and at The Cash Flow Wealth Summit.
Dave follows a pattern where he partners with proven, results-giving team players who are dedicated to the success of the other members on the team and who are in the trenches making it happen.
“You can be conventional
